These terms govern your use of the DEALT mobile application and website at getdealt.app, operated by Stellar Screen Films Ltd (CRO 748220), trading as DEALT.

1. The Service

DEALT is a job marketplace connecting job seekers with employers in Ireland. We provide a platform for posting and discovering hourly job opportunities with transparent pay information. DEALT is not an employment agency and does not act as employer, employee, or agent of either party.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use DEALT. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job Seekers

By applying to jobs through DEALT, you confirm your information is truthful. You understand that applying does not guarantee employment. You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any job opportunity and the terms of any employment you accept.

5. Employers

By posting jobs on DEALT, you confirm you are authorised to hire for the listed positions. You agree to: display accurate pay information on every listing; comply with all applicable employment laws including the EU Pay Transparency Directive; not discriminate against applicants on any protected ground; and respond to applicants in a timely manner.

6. Wage Transparency

All job listings on DEALT must include specific pay information. Listings with vague pay descriptions ("competitive", "DOE", "negotiable" as the sole pay information) are not permitted. This is a core requirement of the platform.

7. Content and Conduct

You may not use DEALT to: post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal job listings; harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users; scrape, crawl, or collect data from the platform; attempt to circumvent security measures; or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate job seeking or hiring.

8. Reporting and Safety

DEALT provides tools to report suspicious listings or users. We review reports and may take action including removing content, suspending accounts, or contacting relevant authorities. We are not liable for the actions of any user on the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The DEALT name, logo, and application design are the property of Stellar Screen Films Ltd. Users retain ownership of content they submit (CVs, job descriptions, company information) but grant DEALT a licence to display and process this content for the purpose of providing the service.

10. AI Features

DEALT uses AI to parse CVs, parse job descriptions, and match candidates to jobs. AI-generated content (parsed profiles, match scores) is provided as a convenience and may contain errors. Users should review AI-parsed information for accuracy. No hiring or application decisions are made solely by AI.

11. Fees

DEALT is free for job seekers. Employers can post up to two active job listings at no cost. Founding employers receive unlimited active listings and, when our premium tier launches, 12 months of premium access at no additional charge. We may introduce paid features for employers in the future with reasonable notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

DEALT is provided "as is". We do not guarantee: that you will find employment or candidates; the accuracy of match scores or AI parsing; uninterrupted service availability; or the conduct of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding any claim.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DEALT after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
